Lynne Lang has her M.S. in both Health Management and in Restorative Practices and has worked in the field of health education, safety, and violence prevention curriculum development since 1994. Her training in Intercultural Competence, Dispute Resolution, and Mediation strengthen her skills as a certified trainer with International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP). She is an experienced facilitator in circle processes and informal and formal restorative conferences. She developed Virtue-Based Restorative Discipline, an initiative that integrates restorative practices and time-honored habits for human excellence – the virtues.
